Managing Partner and Member of the Investment Committee - Mr Kumar is responsible for the core operations of the Evolvence India platform including from strategy, investments and investor relations. Mr Kumar has over 27 years of hands-on experience in PE and VC investments. At his prior engagement at a multifamily office in the Middle East, he was responsible for managing a diversified portfolio where he allocated capital to more than 130 PE and VC funds, direct and co-investments across various sectors, themes and strategies in India and other geographies. Mr Kumar has served on the boards and the sub-committees of various public and private entities in BFSI, steel, construction and engineering, chemicals, education and service sectors. Mr Kumar has also been involved in several middle market M&A, consolidation and management buyouts. Mr Kumar holds an MBA from London Business School.

Mr Kumar represents Evolvence India on the boards of several portfolio companies including SK Finance, AgroStar and Suryoday. Mr Kumar also represents Evolvence India on several investment committees and advisory boards of underlying funds
